These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 9pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 9pkr.app and all associated services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the 9pkr platform, creating a user account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.
9pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of 9pkr regardless of their location. Pakistani users are additionally responsible for ensuring their participation in online gaming is consistent with applicable local laws and regulations.
Use of the 9pkr platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 9pkr enforces age verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. Any account found to have been created by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be returned (net of any winnings), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
To use the Services, you must create a 9pkr account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.
9pkr operates a strict one-account policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.
9pkr does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Services is lawful in their jurisdiction. 9pkr makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9pkr login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 9pkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
9pkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility unless and until you notify 9pkr of a security breach and 9pkr has had a reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.
9pkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, breach of these Terms, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
9pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 9pkr does not charge platform-side transaction fees; however, fees imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility.
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. 9pkr reserves the right to adjust these thresholds with reasonable notice.
Prior to processing a withdrawal, 9pkr may require you to complete identity and payment method verification ("KYC"). You agree to provide any documentation requested by 9pkr within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the originating payment source.
All bets and wagers placed on the 9pkr platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game, which are published alongside each market or product. By placing a bet or initiating a casino game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules.
9pkr reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet where there is evidence of technical error, incorrect odds publication, or circumstances that materially affect the integrity of the event. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's account. Decisions made by 9pkr in respect of bet settlement are final and binding, subject to the formal disputes process.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. 9pkr does not guarantee that markets will remain open for any given period of time. Bets accepted before market suspension are honoured subject to event outcome verification.
From time to time, 9pkr may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, or other promotional incentives to registered users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific Terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, time limits, and withdrawal conditions, which will be clearly stated at the point of offer.
Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or shared between accounts. 9pkr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn or cancelled after it has been credited to your account, any bonus balance will be removed; any winnings derived solely from the bonus balance prior to meeting wagering requirements will also be removed.
Note: Attempting to abuse or exploit bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, systematic wagering on low-risk outcomes, or coordinated play — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The platform provides a range of tools to assist users in managing their gaming activity, including deposit limits, wagering limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. In using the Services, you agree that you will not:
9pkr actively monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 9pkr may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account, withhold associated balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
All content on the 9pkr platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9pkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of 9pkr content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9pkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9pkr does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, 9pkr's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The total aggregate liability of 9pkr to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 9pkr account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9pkr reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on their account prior to taking effect, where reasonably practicable. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9pkr is licensed to operate. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the dispute resolution procedures published on the platform.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Pakistani users should note that online gambling may be subject to specific local legal restrictions; it is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws.
